The assignment was to build a new company and product from scratch. The focus was in obtaining proof of concept and product market fit quickly. In order to achieve this, the founders simply called potential customers and asked them if they were interested in the product. If five out of a hundred companies were, they said that they would build the product. This was achieved and the company had its first five customers. Anna formulated the idea from the start and executed according to plan. She recruited a second and third co-founder and developer to the company. Anna was responsible for all bookkeeping as well as product development and testing. Multiple new features were launched in close dialogue with the customers - for example first a web app, then a native mobile APP, tablet support, printer support and more. Anna was also responsible for the digital marketing strategy such as Adwords and e-mail marketing. The company grew from zero to a couple of hundred thousands in revenue and from zero to twenty customers. The team also grew from one to three under Anna's leadership. Besides this, in collaboration with the other founders Anna also set the roadmap and mission. Anna was appreciated for her creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, drive, ability to work independently and being an ambassador for the company.

Flowby is a newly founded company which develops digital queuing systems. The customer is mainly within retail, but also municipalities, rental shops, food markets and more. The revenue is a couple of hundred thousand SEK a year and the company has three founders and the same individuals who are engaged in operations (mainly in their free time).
